Neo Zizekxism

 A vanguard party that is made up exclusively of whoever is thrown into opposition to the establishment at the time (cross-class feminist movements, the LGBT community, environmentalists, the unemployed, see here) and not be based on the working class.  

Artificial 'parties' might be created to represent the various social classes that would be 'invited' to form coalition governments.

There would worker path Autonomy to guide us toward a socialistic society/libertarian-egalitarian anarchist society:

There would be Revolutionary acts (such as strikes) being planned responsibly by free laborer workers rather than by bureaucratic union officials and organizations (Benjamin Tucker similar to autonomy) . This would prevent tragedies like the Haymarket massacre.   I tend to lean antipathetic to formal syndicalism, as I perceive it as reformist. 

One way to make this happen would be through autonomy.  This would entail the working class having to force changes to the structure of the capitalist system that would be independent of the state, unions or political parties. 

Such worker movements would have to be less fixated with party political organization than various other Marxist movements (their fanatically patriotic hope for a future, would be of bigger concern for them)

Moreover, these movements of workers would not be down with Marxist workers who desire to join this revolution since said worker movements got to remain autonomous while free of a DotP . 

And so Marxism might threaten these movements.   

Now though, civic Marxist types (like Marxists with a high sense of cultural patriotic responsibility for less fortunate peoples' welfare, including for the wage earners (by my definition) and who fight for their cause

must be allowed to be part of these workers’ movements assuming they their cultural patriotic responsible pet projects don’t have a negative effect on our worker movements   

Furthermore these workers would be self organized into actionable directions that is beyond the scope of regular organizational structures. This would be  "bottom-up" and it would signal to focus activities on normie working class pushback to capitalism, including absenteeism, working slowly, workplace socialization, work sabotage, etc 

There would be an conscious advance guard of this class proletarian revolutionary movement nudging them along  

The proletarian class needs to be very self reliant and self sufficient as to make this a winning worker revolution

Classless workers who leach off of other people would not be part of this struggle
